The Mac operating system presents a few advantages; its maintenance is very low and can be easily maintained by anyone who is a beginner at tech stuff. The Mac interfaces are also more user-friendly making navigation around software applications easier.

Some disadvantages of Windows systems include; windows systems are usually prone to attack either viral malware or hacking due to weak security features. Window PCs are also very many in the market therefore it is easier to get fake hardware.
My recommendation for an accounting management software is the QuickBooks Online. This is a very suitable product for small business such as this family-run bikes shop. Accounting, bookkeeping, and tax reporting are all handled by QuickBooks Online for the majority of small businesses (Malviya, & Lal, 2021). There are also a plethora of online training materials and forums where one may obtain help when one needs it. All accounting capabilities may be accessed from a single dashboard, making bookkeeping easier and more efficient. The program is hosted in the cloud and may be accessed via a web browser or a smartphone device. Basic word and spreadsheet applications could be easily accessed through the Microsoft Office package. The incorporation of graphic designs such as signs and posters is essential for business promotion. Nice labels and signages could also be developed to highlight the business as well whether online or through physically making hard copies.
The most commonly used graphics design application, and one I would recommend is the Adobe suite which incorporates a number of software applications such as Adobe Photoshop which can be used in small edits orsophisticated ones to make illustrative designs. Adobe Illustrator can also be used to make vector designs (Indrie, & Buzle, 2016). This program is best for creating artwork that could be resized and printed at any quality and size while retaining all of its detail and clarity. Illustrator is ideal for generating reusable component applications since it allows you to generate and save multiple silhouettes, basic bike designs and forms, and handy accessories using symbols and brush libraries.  Adobe InDesign is also another that is used primarily to design posters, brochures, and books (Botello,  & Fisher, 2013). Adobe InDesign has a low-learning curve, therefore, could easily be used to fast-track business promotions for individuals who are just getting to know how to use computer applications or intermediate learners.
