Chapter 2 discusses different leadership styles as well as strengths and weaknesses of the styles relative to organizational change. The goal of this discussion is to explore personal leadership styles as that is a key component to leading (and managing) organizational change.

Review your results with a special focus on the “Transformational Leadership” portion. Then, consider those results compared to the information in the text Chapter 2.
In your initial discussion post, offer a personal introduction, explain any leadership experience you have had (remember that leadership can happen at all levels of organizations), discuss your results for the leadership quiz, and discuss what you think are some strengths and weaknesses of your leadership style relative to leading organizational change. Include connnections to the course concepts and examples when possible.
