Assignment: Create a one (1) page reflection paper based on the content of the article.
Questions to consider when drafting your paper (you do not have to use any of these):
Knowing Amazon’s culture/structure from the last case study, how do Zappos and Amazon’s cultures and structure differ? Is this a good fit from a merger/acquisition perspective? How would you assess Tony as a leader? As a boss? What do you think the employee’s of Zappos feel going through this change? Would you want to work for Zappos pre-the change? Post the change? During the change? Why would 14% of employees take Tony up on his offer to leave the company? What are the potential benefits/drawbacks of Holacracy from a OB perspective? What do you think the response would be to this change from the people managers who are no longer going to hold those roles in the new structure? Why? What could or should Tony do next? Do you think Holacracy will increase or decrease workplace politics and conflicts? How could Zappos’ structure effect customer service?
When drafting your paper, pretend you are submitting your thoughts to a Senior Leader within your organization. As such, you want the information to be concise and to be written as professionally as possible. You do not have to write a traditional paper/essay; use of bullet points are fair game.

Homework is assigned on Connect, a web-based learning, assignment, and assessment environment required for this course. Instructions to access Connect are at the link above.
See our Connect website for assigned problems. Homework is due on the date specified on the Connect website, Canvas, and the schedule in this syllabus. Homework is a key tool you will use to learn the concepts of each chapter. Find an approach to homework that will provide you with an optimum learning environment. Working in study groups is one good option. Begin to work on homework before class so you can ask questions before it is due. Plan ahead and do not wait until the last minute to complete homework. And please seek help if you are struggling. Connect has been set up to allow for 3 attempts for each homework assignment. You are also granted 3 “check my work” per problem. Click the check my work icon at any time to check your answer. The actual answer will not be displayed, however if your answer is incorrect you can try again. I strongly suggest you complete the problem before beginning to use the check my work tool. After you submit your first assignment you will be given your score and granted two more attempts. Each new attempt will retain your correct work and restore the 3 “check my work”. No full-credit homework extensions will be granted, Connect will automatically deduct 10% of your final score for each day the assignment is late. If you are unable to complete the assigned homework because of extenuating circumstances, please notify me on or before the date the assignment is due.I need help with my course project
I’m stuck on a Management question and need an explanation.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WOULD NEED MICROSOFT PROJECT TO COMPLETE THIS ASSIGNMENT!
I have been struggling with my course project and need all the help that I can get. There are 2 parts that would need to be done with I have included directions for both and attached docs needed. Please let me know if you have any questions or don’t understand how to do something.
First part:
Complete the stakeholder management plan for your project using the Stakeholder Management Template (Links to an external site.). You’ll notice that if a stakeholder is designated as a key or primary stakeholder and identified as against the project, the name and role font color will change to red. Conversely, if the stakeholder’s attitude is support, the name and role will be green.
Identify all of the individuals and groups who are impacted in any way by your project, influence, authority, and attitude. Indicate whether how you will work with this stakeholder and how often and type of communication is required.
Second Part:
Ninety percent of project management is communication. It requires preparation and planning. Prepare a communication plan for your project using the Communication Plan (Links to an external site.) linked here, or located in Files. You have already had some practice using this template when you were helping the team at Getta Byte Software. Two dicussions: assignment help online

When it comes to summarizing the art of the twentieth century – there’s a lot to consider. The term modern art has come to denote the innovating and even revolutionary developments in Western painting and the other visual arts since the second half of the 19th century. Embracing a wide variety of movements, styles, theories, and attitudes, the modernity of which resides in a common tendency to repudiate past conventions and precedents in subject matter, mode of depiction, and painting technique alike – applies with particular force to the painting of the last 150 years.
Back in the early 90s a graphic artist named Joan Gratz decided to create a short film called Mona Lisa Descending a Staircase in which she sought to compile and morph 100 of the most recognizable artworks of the 20th century. It was a great success, and at the time, demonstrated a groundbreaking graphic design technique. Watch the video by clicking the link below:
Mona Lisa Descending a Staircase
The video is named in part for one of the more controversial cubist compositions by Marcel Duchamp (Nude Descending a Staircase). No doubt you recognized many of the art pieces we’ve looked at during the quarter as the images on the video morphed from one to the next. Overall, this is an interesting way to visually summarize the class content.
The Task:
Share an example of an artwork from one of your favorite modern artists, including the artist’s name as well as the date of creation, and share why you selected this piece of work. Post the image AND the URL so others can view them – try not to duplicate each other. (25 points) Your post should be a minimum of 250+ words. (10 points) Cite resources used. (10 points)
2.Spotlight on Humanities
In general, museums struggle to define the value of what they do to the average community member. Why would someone who has never been to an art museum before, and who has no experience with art, suddenly choose to visit? The benefits of a museum experience are complicated and personal. They depend on a myriad of factors, including expectations of visitor, fulfillment of expectations in previous museum trips, personal history, context, mood, etc. What one person may love about the museum, another may hate. What one visitor thinks or feels in front of a work of art, another may never know.
Art is an interactive experience and museums provide a means of connecting people with objects. They also do so much more…
Why do we go to museums? What compels us? What do we hope to see? What do we aim to learn while we are there? What is a good museum experience?
