Business ethics means rules or regulation of morals that increase our knowledge of business behavior. All of the business activites should be guided through proper business ethics.
First of all, here are some sources of business ethics in Bangladesh. Normally ethics of Bangladesh is affected by:

Family,
Culture,
Religion,
Laws of this country etc.

The basic source of business ethics in Bangladesh is family. Because the way a person gets raised by their family affects his business behavior in later. After that the second important source is religion. People of different religions has different beleifs and it affects directly on their business activities. Culture and the law system of a country also gives a great impact on the business behavior. Nowadays, culture is getting mixed with other cultures that’s why the business behavior is changing too.
In the business companies of Bangladesh, there are both ethical and unethical activities occuring. Here is an example of a Bangladesh company’s ethical practices so that it gets easier to understand BD ethics properly.
Advanced Chemical Industries or in short ACI is one of the best and biggest conglomerates in Bangladesh. It produces foods, electronics, automobiles and specially pharma and chemicals. They try to maintain quality by following international standards. In fact, they are trying to fullfil the demands of the consumers. And specially they are also working for their social responsibilities. Here are some of the ethical approaches of ACI,
Educational Programs: ACI has been arranging educational programs to develope the condition of the society. Advanced Chemical Industries has introduced Continued Medical Education that is CME for the medical professionals and the educational programs of the children. And they arranged an educational program based on english in the rural area of Bangladesh named Faridpur. First off all, it helped children to learn English and made them eager to learn English and go to school. By promoting children education, they are working for the society.
Environment Friendly Works: ACI has been arranging educational programs based on poultry firms and agriculture. Their programs is basically for training and teaching the farmers about the pollutions of the environment and protecting the environment from pollution. For example, they are making the farmers understand the harmness of the chemicals and how to grow the corns naturally rather than hazardous chemicals.
Apart from the ethical behavior. There are a lot of unethical behaviors occuring in Bangladesh. And it is said that, the amount of unethical practices in Bangladesh is way bigger than than the ethical practices.
