Can you help me understand this Psychology question?

There is no mid-term exam. But there is a scholarly mid-term paper due. Each student will write a 5-7-page Topic Paper in APA format, not including title and reference page.

Students will need to find a minimum of two empirical peer-reviewed journal articles. References must be cited for the assignment to be considered complete.

You need these items in your paper to get full points

1) 5-7 pages in APA format not including title & reference page

2) You need a minimum of two empirical peer-reviewed journal articles.

3) References MUST be cited throughout your paper.

4) Your paper needs to incorporate readings, lectures, peer-reviewed articles, AND cultural references to your topic.

Example: The role of social media in teenage anxiety levels. If you selected this topic you will need to mention at least a paragraph on culture. In this case, I would take a positive approach, for example, on social media being a vehicle for transcultural and language learning. You could include both positive and possible issues.

If you have any questions, let me know.

I can’t extend the date or time.

**see attached Rubric on how you will be graded**

**There is a cultural component added to the Rubric**

This paper will follow the following APA outline-*Please note, you will not need a method, procedures, and results section for this paper.
Don’t forget Title Page with Running head
“Introduction & Thesis Statement” – This should be one of the strongest parts of your paper. Convince the reader your paper is worth the time to read. Be precise, impactful, factual, and use strong quotes if you wish but not cliche’s. The thesis statement needs to be stating your argument or your position on the topic. Be specific. Explore this link for examples of bad and good thesis statements. https://examples.yourdictionary.com/thesis-statement-examples.html (Links to an external site.) “Literature Review” – Discuss the various sources of material (scholarly articles, lecture, text) and their contribution to the current knowledge about your topic. Consider using Google Scholar and Easy Bib. “Discussion” – Here you state what you learned or proved. Summarize your “take-a-ways” and speculate on how you might apply the concepts or principles in your paper to development. “Conclusion” – Restate your thesis in this section and detail the limitations of your findings and suggestions for future research. Any other conclusions you made go in this section to tie up your entire paper for the most impact. “Reference Page” – List all your references using APA format.

This paragraph can be positioned anywhere in the paper that makes sense. If you feel it makes more sense to your topic to implement cultural components throughout the paper and not include a separate paragraph, it needs to be evident to the reader.

For reading (article) entries (done at home) include the following, leaving space between each point you write in your notes to make room for classroom lecture annotations:
Create a heading with the day of the week, date, and title of the reading you are taking notes on. Take notes quoting the main thesis and write down at least 3 pieces of the main evidence supporting the main thesis/argument of the article/chapter. Finally, and most importantly, write a 3-paragraph reflection on each and every reading include the following:
a) the reflection includes a summarization of the reading to start it off and then b) describe what you connected with in the reading and how it helps you understand society c) Finally, write two questions that came up for you while reading the article/chapter, explaining why they came up for you. Note, the reflection is the most important part of your notebook grade so write your absolute best two or three paragraphs of which I will grade closely.
Each section of your notes should be separated by an empty page. This empty page can be used to fill in with extra classroom notes that overflow. Only write on the front of the page and do your best handwriting!Feminism in Sociology (Graded Assignment): nursing coursework help

Can you help me understand this Law question?

There are questions in the (word file) and one more question which is :

1) (20 points) Suppose a fellow freshman at Stetson named Jimmy approaches you with an idea to change the Florida’s law on texting and driving. Last year Florida’s Texting and driving law changed and now it is a primary offence to be observed by a law enforcement officer texting while driving. Your friend has received four tickets in the last three months, and is very aggravated with this new law. Your friend would like to change the texting and driving law so that texting and driving would be a secondary offence. This would mean that an officer would first need to observe you breaking a primary offence law (e.g., not wearing a seatbelt, speeding, illegal changing of lanes) before making a stop, and could not stop your friend for solely being observed texting while driving. Your friend wants your help to make this a reality, and needs you to walk him through what he should do and prepare for. What advice would you give him? In narrative form, write a letter to Jimmy explaining to him how to accomplish his goal. Be clear in your description so that he understands what is to come. In addition to the first three steps in chapter 5, list the major steps of a bill becoming a law and offer advice for overcoming these hurdles. (Hint: the current law can be found in Florida Statutes 316.305 .

the answers should be short and clear if u can . Also, the answers can be found in the (book pdf file ) or from the internet.insanity discussion
I’m working on a Law question and need guidance to help me study.

Make sure you watch the three videos in our module for this chapter before tackling this question.

First, what did Andrea Yates do and what was her defense? Do you think her defense should have been successful? Would you have found her guilty OR not guilty by reason of insanity (meaning she would be admitted to a mental health facility, not prison).

Then do some research and find a case where a defendant claimed insanity as their defense. Tell us about the facts of the case. Did the jury find the defendant guilty or not guilty by reason of insanity? You may also find a case that is currently going through the justice system. It’s okay if you don’t know the verdict yet because the case hasn’t been decided. Just tell us what has occurred thus far.

Then choose one of the insanity tests from your book (they are in the book and were explained in the videos), and apply it to the case you found. How do the facts from the case you researched apply to the insanity test you chose? Using the test you chose, do you think the defendant/suspect should be found guilty or not guilty by reason of insanity?
