Tamburlaine organic wine maker are in the hunter valley and orange regions. They are the largest organic wine manufacturer in Australia. They have been exporting wines globally for the last 10 years. The Director of marketing have identified that there is an opportunity to introduce their product to Myanmar. You have been given the task of establishing networks in Myanmar to introduce their products.

Part A
1. Demonstrate your ability to create an online networking profile, using systems such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Quora etc.

2. Use at least three methods to identify upcoming or continuous networking opportunities (e.g. search engines, industry journals, etc.). 3. Demonstrate your ability to network within the operational network (intra-organisation). This may involve learning more about colleagues with whom you do not usually share work tasks and enhancing your personal knowledge. To meet this requirement successfully, you first need to identify the network which again, must be related to the information

8. Identify sources of information relating to social and cultural awareness for specific cultural groups within current and prospective network membership and analyse for reliability, cost and quality. Attach the findings of your research to your workbook along with reference to your sources.

9. With a partner, role-play a business meeting suitable for a high context culture and then suitable for a low context culture. During your interaction, ensure that you demonstrate social and cultural awareness and an appropriate personal communication style. The condition to providing a correct answer to this question is to have a discussion with your trainer where the concepts of high and low context culture, social and cultural awareness and communication styles will be thoroughly discussed.

11. Document the costs of any of your personal networking efforts over the last three-six months, or present any records that have already been made for review by your assessor.

Alternatively, you can use the information provided in the scenario along with the research you have done so far in this assessment task to present a hypothetical cost estimate of networking efforts made. Present your conclusions in a report form minimally two paragraphs in length.

12. Determine KPIs for any of your own recent networking efforts and analyse the outcomes of your participation in networking. Attach your analysis and all calculations to your workbook. Again if you choose so, you have the option to use the information provided in the scenario as well as your research information done so far in this assessment task to use as the networking effort.

13. Review your own networking efforts. Discuss with your trainer whether you feel these efforts should be increased, maintained or decreased. Justify your answer.
