Purpose
The purpose of a Comparison/Contrast Essay is to analyze the similarities and differences between two things. For this essay, you are analyzing the similarities and differences between two newspaper articles about the same topic but from different sources.
Directions
Go to Grades and look for feedback on your Comparison/Contrast Essay Outline. For help viewing my comments on your outline, see this Canvas Help Guide (Links to an external site.) for students. Use the feedback to make revisions to your outline. Use your outline to write a 4-paragraph, MLA-formatted essay of about 450-600 words. (Academic paragraphs need to be 7-12 well-developed sentences in length.) Begin your essay with an introduction that introduces the newspaper articles. At the end of the introduction include a thesis sentence that introduces the points being compared/contrasted.
Sample thesis: While both newspaper articles discuss President Obama’s State of the Union Address, there are differences in the bias and sources cited in each article.
Write two body support paragraphs that each begin with atopic sentence (Links to an external site.) focused on a main point from the thesis. End the essay with a conclusion that summarizes your points and gives final thoughts. Include a MLA formatted Works Cited (Links to an external site.) at the end of the essay. Take time to proofread and revise (Links to an external site.) your essay. Submit your essay as a docx file.

Your final paper must be at least 1,800 words and include six or more credible sources. Two of your sources must be from academic journals.
Your first draft must include the following four sections:
An introduction that introduces the selected topic and discusses how the analysis was conducted. A literature review that provides a detailed summary of the economic circumstances and facts that serve as the foundation of the economic analysis. A narrative body that includes:
An economic analysis that uses the tools developed in the course along with your graphical depiction of the economics applied to your topic. Provide an explanation of the graphical analysis. Don’t leave it to the reader to figure out your intention. The specific analysis will depend on your chosen topic. Statistics that support your topic and narrative.
Conclusion and a brief summary.
Use current APA formatting for your paper including these elements:
Title page Running head Page numbers Headings Source citations Reference list

I need help with a Marketing question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.
By performing market segmentation, marketers can generate the strategic insights needed to devise the most effective approaches. The process of global marketing segmentation begins with the choice of one or more variables to use as a basis for grouping customers.
Explain market segmentation variables and use a company as an example for that type of segmentation.
Explain what variables were used by your mentor company (chosen during your Week 2 Global Marketing Plan Part 1) for segmenting the market and discuss your rationale for each. Analyze your mentor company’s targeting and positioning strategy in the region you chose.
To support your answer, go to your company’s Twitter (Links to an external site.) account and find and post a copy or provide the link to at least two tweets in your initial post that reflect your company’s targeting and positioning strategies.
Your initial discussion post should be 250 words and must reflect at least two theories or frameworks discussed in the text (do not forget in-text citations). Cite your textbook and any other sources used to support your ideas. You may refer to Ashford University Writing Center’s APA Style (Links to an external site.) resource.
