Happy Dogs is a Tasmanian business operating in Hobart. It has three distinct business units: Happy Dogs Daycare; Happy Dogs Dog-Walking Services; and Happy Dogs Wellness Services. These are overseen and supported by the Happy Dogs management team:
1. Michael Traynor is the managing director and founder of Happy Dogs. Robert is a qualified dog trainer who previously ran boarding kennels for dogs and cats before founding the company in 1997 and personally trains all Happy Dogs staff in animal handling, dog walking and animal care.

2. Mary Traynor is the Human Resources manager for Happy Dogs Daycare and Happy Dogs Dog Walking Services and handles all other aspects of human resource management for the Happy Dogs businesses.

Question:

1.The performance criteria used to define ‘collaboration’ between dog walkers, and evaluate how well they collaborate. Make you identify two  performance criteria

2.What the performance management system should measure to evaluate people’s performance as collaborators i.e good vs bad collaboration- measuring it on a scale based on any performance  criteria you find. Make sure you find two  performance measures.
