Organization design helps to identify the objective of business by fitting the aspects of structure, work flow, procedure and system and process implement the changes. Organizational design helps to improve the business from technical issues and people side. Improvement in result, customer service, internal operation, profitability etc of business process can be managed by a proper organization design (Belz & Binder, 2017). Organizational design maintain the connectivity among people with business process, technology and system as well-formed organization is fulfilling strategy processes , meeting business challenges, enhancing people’s work force that makes the business process a successful one.

Before designing the organizational structure there should be clear view and objective regarding the business. Design should consider the present trends of business and future possibilities (Fernandes & Pinho, 2016). All level of workers are more or less equally responsible to business process, but the design of organizational structure will help to involve impacted employee as best suited job roles. Designing co-relation structure among all worker may help to run business process more smoothly. Improvement in result, customer service, internal operation, profitability etc of business process can be managed by a proper organization design.For extracting maximum output from employee, organization may offer rewards for effective workers, as all will be more involved in work for rewards (Belz & Binder, 2017). Design should be implemented properly above process, people, strategy, as the business get possible maximum outcome. The pattern of deliverables and designing the executive role are highlighted as the main parameter for designing the business.

Organization structure refers to the way a business plans its tasks, people and techniques, (Egeberg, et.al, 2016). The ideas to consider before designing an organization include;

Stability and adaptability; an organization that is structured well tends to look for any form of changes in the environment and adapts to the changes purposefully, (Pamucar, et.al, 2019). Stability should be maintained by the organization during circumstances that are unstable. This can be achieved through the connection of people with organizational routines.

Decentralization: the key to making sound decisions depends on a decentralized system where ideas are shared among people at all levels of the company. The open conversations may not be observed in a central structure, because decisions are made by the top leader only, (Amanda, 2019).

Company size: An ideal organization design is based on the size of the company. If the company is large there will be so many complexities and divisions to achieve synergy.

Clarity: this is where all the employees have a clear picture of what their tasks entail. The mission and vision of the organization should be understood clearly.

In conclusion, the organization design depends on the organization culture as well as aligning the structure with the business strategies. The selected design always means that new techniques should be adapted to fit the needs of the business.
