The main problem the client has is lashing out at the family.  The client expresses that he is not happy with himself and also has social anxiety. The client is currently on escitalopram 10mg for anxiety. The client stated the medication has made me more calm.  He has been on medication for two years.  The client wife had enough with his anger issues. Client had issues with alcohol in the past and being sober for five years.
