Embedded systems software architecture design differs from enterprise, business, and banking because it involves hardware design, sensors, ethernet controllers, Wi-Fi controllers, etc.
Raspberry Pi (RPi) is a small and affordable computing platform and an embedded system that can be used in core information and communications technology (ICT). It has a huge
number of device and sensor drivers available, which makes it a good choice for the internet of things (lol).
Consider the three defining characteristics of the loT:
1. Networking – These loT devices talk to one another (M2M – Machine-2-Machine communication) or to servers located in the local network or on the internet
2. Sensing – loT devices sense something about their environment.
3. Actuators – loT devices that do something, like lock doors, beep, turn lights on, or turn the TV on.
Then, in a 1,500- to 2,000-word report, define a software architecture for the Raspberry PI, considering the devices available and utilized as an loT. You will be required to:
