I am one of the founders of the “Students for Social Justice and Reparation” here at Tennessee State
University. This organization has been charged to campaign nationwide and get the support of the US
Congress as well as the 2020 Presidential candidates. The TSU Model for “Reparation” did an extensive
survey and research here in Nashville, Tennessee State University, since the 1990’s and produced two
books detailing on how “Reparation” can be calculated for 250 year free service and another 100 year
discrimination, Jim Crow and segregation. The “Social Accounting Matrix” used precise method and
identified several variables to calculate wages and services rendered by African American since the
1660’s and came up with approximate projected values; this include building the nation’s infrastructure
such as bridges, high ways, buildings for government accommodations and corporate offices,
Universities and hospitals; the whole social and economic infrastructure, including the United State
Congress were built by free labor and no one claim to be free from participating the benefit of these
free labor. It is, therefore, our moral and legal obligation to pay “Reparation” and redeem ourselves
from centuries old guilt. The projected face value of “Reparation” is $5.6. Trillion and payable in one
hundred year. Out of this projected value, the proposal estimated an annual budget of $44.5 Billion for
Education, Health Care, and Affordable Housing. We believe this budget will eliminate poverty and
crimes from the inner city across the nation and within 25 year the stated objective will be met.
I am attaching the document for you to examine and see its merit and support “Reparation” and its
stated objective. The annual budget is less than 1% of the projected value and its dividend is more than
the social cost to keep the status qou. We believe that “Reparation” will make the nation a kinder,
