Develop and present management strategies and methods that leaders, managers, and supervisors can use to keep employees satisfied in order to achieve the goal of remaining nonunionized.

Develop a 10-12 slide presentation, not including the required title and reference slides.
You must include on each slide a minimum of two paragraphs of notes, within the speaker’s note section.
