Managing diversity is an important reality in the business world and seems to be even more important this year. For this discussion I would like you to review the chapter’s concepts and then:
Choose a Fortune 500 organization that is not listed in this chapter.
Research what steps the organization has taken to effectively manage diversity; this may or may not include sexual harassment. You must specifically outline at least 3 separate initiatives, action-items, training or other concrete steps that the organization has taken. Listing that they support a diversity-based organization such as as NAFE https://www.nafe.com/about-us is good, but is not enough; we are interested in what the firm is actively doing to manage diversity. You will find that some organizations are really taking some amazing actions to promote inclusion.
What effect have the steps taken had on the organization? This may include, but is not limited to effects on hiring, turnover, morale, organizational performance, or loss/gain of stakeholders. If no tangible effect is found, then you must provide proposed effects and back it up with some data found in research.
