Intro to Humanities Annotated Bibliography
Your annotated bibliography is a list of citations to books, articles, documents and websites that you may use to prepare your paper. Each item listed is followed by a short paragraph describing the item, a determination of why it might be useful to developing your paper, and an assessment of the quality of the source. Including an item in your annotated bibliography does not mean you must use that source in your project. It means only this was an item you reviewed during your research. The purpose of the annotation is to show a reader the importance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited. You will be collecting a minimum of four sources that come from an academic journal, an article, or a government website. Each annotation is 1–3 sentences and clearly explains the source’s relevance. Remember to use proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and so on.
