For ONE of these scenarios, discuss how the project manager should respond: 1. The client makes an industry expert available to the project. How should the project manager make use of this resource? Your essay should address how a project manager should identify, evaluate and choose from possible responses. The point of project management is that you develop generic skills (that are transferable from project to project) so the challenge is to try and address the question without needing a scenario to answer it. This is not intended to be an academic essay, where you do a lot of research. This is intended to be an essay where you explain what the PM does, and more importantly the logic of why! So think about what actions the PM would need to take or what information they would need to find out, and explain them in the essay.
