What is the single leader them are as manager direct with them. The same thing for self-design teams, the same thing for self-governed teams, and the same thing for action team. What kinds of latitude do they have, how many degrees of freedom they have, the customize, how they do the jobs and tackle the problems in their own way. Then varies that they be become more autonomous.
