1) Motivational Process; you can write about when i was growing up i had a single mother raising me with two other brothers. It was difficult seeing her work hard just to have food on the table. She was a cleaning lady in commercial buildings at one point she had to take the third shift which she had to work from 9pm-5am just so that she would have more time with us. I realized that her labor job led to her many health problems she had to face, but yet they were only obstacles that helped her become stonger. I also realized the impact it had only my brother as they derailed into the bad groups of the friends because of lack of parental supervison. Since she didnt have much time it was difficult for her to manage all kids. She is my motivation and i share the values of hardwork and discipline will get you far in life. She is motivation to work hard in my studies so that I can be successful one day and that I can choose a career in which I will have more time with my future kids and to be happier. i noticed her job did not bring her much happiness
2) Learning Process: You can mention my 11th grade experience. I noticed that the root to my anxiety of failure stemed from this chemistry class. The professor had a mean approach to his students. I remember the signs of anxiety emerging as I was entering the class with my friend we would tell each other ” you go first ” because we were just scared. He was very strict and had a stern face, he never smiled. He would call us by our last names. We would have quizzes on a daily. I found myself miserable and discouraged to walk into his classroom. I would fail his quizzes because I just couldnt think i could do it i didnt have the motivation to. So, I did fail the course even though all my other courses I was an 90 above student, his class I couldnt do well because my anxiety level were high. I think re-took the class resulting in a 96 average because the teacher was understanding, warm with all his students. It really motivated me to do well. I realized that with this it has impacted my learning to because at times I want to give up because I feel like i am not good enough, but then i remember all the other great teachers and the amaxing results i got in other classes.
