Create a timeline of the project, and track every group meeting, every email/SMS/FB messenger interaction you had with your teammates. An example is shown below. For each interaction, draw an arrow between the corresponding team members during the specific week. Look through your team’s interactions and discuss in 2-3 sentences how many of these interactions could be predicted (i.e., could you have predicted that these interactions will occur at these specific times). And if they could be predicted, discuss in 2-3 sentences if the interactions could or should have been scheduled? What are the relative costs/benefits of scheduled vs. unscheduled interactions?
