In addition to the panel interview, we would also request that you prepare a brief (10-15 minute), presentation where you will outline your 30 day, 60 day and 90 day transitional plan. The presentation will be an opportunity for you to articulate to the panel and hiring manager how you plan to onboard into this position and organization. Your plan can include, for example; how you will improve efficiencies with accounts payable and procurement processes, document and data management and integration of our enhanced CMMS system as a new member of the team.
The style and format of your presentation is completely up to you however please ensure that presentation is clear and concise and details your plan to the panel and provide details on how you plan to achieve your objectives and what resources you will need to accomplish this.
