Your program must first ask the user to enter a file name for the input data.  Once the file is
open, you can begin processing the data.  First, read the judge scores for contestant 1.  There are
five judges.  Calculate the total for the judge scores, with the highest and lowest scores NOT
included.  Then, calculate the average of the remaining scores as a real number, and convert it to
an integer by converting the double value to its integer ceiling value.
Once you have calculated the overall judge score for the first contestant, go on to read in and
total that contestant’s phone calls.  Phone call values are provided for four regions: Southeast,
Southwest, Northwest and Northeast of the United States.
After obtaining the judge and phone values for contestant one, repeat the process for contestant
two.
Next, analyze the scores.  Determine the winner by judge score (which averaged value is
greater?), by number of phone calls (which total is greater?).  Point out any ties in the judge
scores and in the phone calls.
To determine the final overall winner using both data items, treat the judges’ choice and the
phone call choice as being equally weighted.  If a tie is found in the overall winner, then your
program must simulate flipping a coin (heads or tails) to decide who the final overall winner is.
