Now we begin to add layout to our pages. You will see how to position elements and control their size. Add another external style sheet named layout.css and add it to your css directory. We will add the layout code in this file. Link it to your gallery.html page. You should also add the style.css link to this page as well.
Please do not add JavaScript to your page. Apply your layout to existing page elements. Please do not create new pages.

Part I: Adding CSS Boxes
If you haven’t already, wrap your gallery images and their related caption and description in a figure tag. Include CSS box styles applied to these elements in your new layout.css style sheet.
border: including color, style, and thickness
border radius
padding
margins
background color
width
Part II: Positioning elements
Add a float rule to the gallery.html page to float the gallery images in rows. The floated images must be smaller than the width of the page. The images and their related content (figcaption, descriptions) should be grouped into containers (in figure tags) and floated. Make sure you clear the floats after this element to return the page to normal flow.
Add a new CSS rule to the nav menu to fix it at the top of the page. You can use position: fixed or position: sticky.
Test your page(s) in several different browsers and window sizes to make sure it works the way you want it to.
