Research the Church’s teachings on Human Trafficking. Use authentic Church documents (ie… the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Code of Canon Law, papal encyclicals, council documents) to develop your understanding.
Must have at least 4 sources, and 2 MUST BE CHURCH DOCUMENTS
Synthesize what you have learned in a 3 page research paper (MLA formant, Times size 12 font, double spaced). Include citations in the text of your paper where applicable! In this paper you should explain:
a. What position does the Church take on this particular issue? Why does it take this position?
b. How does the Church support its position? (Theologically)
c. What are some of societies’ “counter arguments” against the Church’s position and how does the Church respond to these arguments?
d. Reflect on what you have learned through your research and study of this particular moral issue.
***Note: You must cite references in your paper and include a reference page. The reference page DOES NOT COUNT as part of the 3 pages***
