My Knots: Identify and then describe the “knots” in your “core” that you’re not very proud of. “Knots” are based on our pre-judgements. How might you take these “knots”, and in lieu of passing them on to others, either modify (untie them), or at least keep them to yourself, rather than imposing these on others?
Applying My Flex: Lastly, identify three (3) ways in which the practice of “flexing”, can benefit you as a leader, within your organization.
