for this assignment I need a schedule plan, I work every day I wak up at 2:00am so I can get ready 10 and 12 hours a day from 5am to 3:30 0r 5:30pm, I dropp off my baby at 3:30 go back to the bus station for work at 4:00am, when I get off I pick up my son at 4:20 when i get home around 4:50 and take a shower around 5:00, make a diner a 5:30 and give my baby a bath a 6:00pm,from 6:15 to 8:00pm I do school homework and reading, sundays are the days that I can make up and provide more time for school. I work from 5am to 1:30pm my husband gets our baby, at around 2:15 they are home and by then I have dinner ready. I have all the afternoon for school from 3:00pm to 7pm and sleep around 8:pm 8:30pm every day not later then 9pm, you can include groceries, mall shopping during the weekend and restaurants dinners on fridays. some sundays Im off so I visited my parents.

For example, eat, sleep, commute, work, study, exercise, etc. Short 1–3-word answers in the table are sufficient, you do not need to list extensive details for this assignment.
It is important to be aware of where your time goes currently to make a practical schedule you can follow to improve personal efficiency. This exercise should be a tool you can use to realistically meet your time management goals.
Tips for building a practical schedule:
Work schedules often change each week, so be sure to include an average number of hours per day and days per week you work, understanding your schedule may change times each week. For school, each credit hour should reflect 3-4 hours a week of your time total. In comparison to in-seat courses, 1 credit hour should equal approximately 1 hour of time to go through weekly content, with an additional 2-3 hours needed to study and/or complete the assignments per week.
It is also good to include hours for fun events, time with family, time with friends, or time alone to gain flexibility even if you typically don’t plan on a weekly family event. Sometimes throughout the week there are unforeseeable events that occur, and that time must be accounted for. If all of your time is completely filled with work, study, and sleeping only 4 hours a day, you will fall behind when you are faced with an additional circumstance.
