I. Rationale for Selecting your population (The problem/issue with alcohol use among your target group)
II. Identify the social media platform that best works for your population and state why
III. What Evidenced based program will you model your program after from the literature
IV. Types of messaging and components you will use for your campaign
V. How you plan to measure the program success (i.e. web hits, number of likes, number of shares, overall impact on the target population.
Outline Rubric
1. Standard outline format used. Outline clearly indicates a plan for describing the problem or issue being studied and the rationale for selecting the population.
2. Outlines clearly indicates a plan to provide a clear rationale for selecting a social media platform, including an excellent comparison and contrast to other social media platforms. Will clearly explain why the selected social media platform makes the most sense with the chosen population of interest and the state where the campaign will be offered.
3. Outline clearly mentions an evidence-based program that will serve as a model for the final social media campaign. Provides at least 5-6 citations (APA style reference list should be included at the end) that will be incorporated into the final campaign. (Remember that the final project requires 10 appropriate and credible sources).
4. Excellent description of the major message and elements that will be included in the campaign. The reader can envision what your final product will be.
5. Outline includes a section regarding measurement of program success. This includes high user engagement (e.g. hits, likes, shares) as well as other ways that you will know if your campaign is successful with your target population. Plans are clear and comprehensive.
