Please be sure that you include some objective commentary concerning your diet behaviors,
 Please be sure that you indicate your average daily caloric intake in the Overall paragraph.
b. Physical Activity Critique (one paragraph)
Guidelines: Your paragraph should include an objective general assessment of your activity level relevant to your dietary intake (see a above).
c. BMI Critique and Assessment (one paragraph)
Guidelines: Your paragraph should include what your BMI is and how it impacts on your conclusions in a and b above. Your app or program might have a BMI calculator built in. If not, there are lots of BMI calculators available online.
d. Focus on one major Bad Trend (one paragraph) Guidelines: your paragraph should focus on one of the major trends identified in 3a above, you should discuss the issue in considerable detail in terms of its potential impact on your health.
e. Focus on a second major Bad Trend (one paragraph)
Guidelines: your paragraph should focus on one of the major trends identified in 3a above, you should discuss the issue in considerable detail in terms of its potential impact on your health.
f. Focus on one major Good Trend (one paragraph) Guidelines: your paragraph should focus on one of the major trends identified in 3a above, you should discuss the issue in considerable detail in terms of its potential impact on your health.

There is a huge amount of information out there on the internet, accessible through public search engines (like Google), accessible through
our own library’s Galileo. You have the ball – run with it! The greater the detail . . . the more introspection, analysis, and discussion – THE BETTER THE GRADE!
WHAT IS REQUIRED: A typed (14pt. Calibri) report organized with content included as documented under Procedure above. The Dietary Analysis Report (not including the Appendix) should be NO LESS than 6 pages in length! I would certainly encourage you to make it longer . . . NOTE: THE REPORT MUST BE HANDED AN ELECTRONIC FILE
