1.A. In your own words explain the distinction between “traditional” and “organic intellectuals” , give one example of each. (Hint: Cesar Chavez is an organic intellectual as his interest was tied to the class he was organizing, Chomsky is a traditional intellectual).

On the first week we studied that according to Simone De Beauvoir, women never can form a “class for itself” (except in some conference), but a “class in itself” (a class that has no class consciousness). Lenin says that the working class has no “revolutionary consciousness”, that consciousness has to be brought to them by de classed intellectuals. Do you think women in abusive consciousness need feminists to “bring them to consciousness”? Give one reason (for or against) to support your view.
