I see in your research plan, you had considered a questionnaire. Can I suggest that you don’t use a questionnaire as it will take too long to get information back and analyse it. Instead, what you might consider is taking one of the incidents from the NTSB database and doing a case study on it, highlighting all the Human Factor issues that you have described in your literature review. The Beechcraft 1900 flight might be a good example and you could use the PEAR model there.
Please proceed to the next stage of the dissertation which I suggest should be the literature review. You have quite a bit of it done already in your proposal.
