This is an essay for my college application.
I’d like to use the example of when I created a business with my friends during the summer of 2021, which was my Sophomore in high school. It was a beautiful platform for people to order party boxes that has all the supplies they need for a party. We will buy supplies and organize them into a box. There are different ones for different themes, such as Birthdays, Halloween, Christmas, etc. The company name is Boxy.

Communication (helping resolve any disputes or contribute to group efforts)
350 dollars in revenue in the first month. My impact on the sales (I went door to door and online DM people one by one), and on the overall team morale (organizing multiple meetings every day to solve different opinions within the team).
Very huge contribution on website design and development, using Shopify and WordPress.
Please mainly focus on how we come through the initial pivot period from a high school counseling idea to the Boxy idea, and the tough disagreements within the team, on topics like logistics, website, and marketing. Also focus on how, as a team leader, I can prove to be crucial in the journey.
