I need a sorted and unsorted linked priority queue in java netbeans. My code isn’t returning the head method (highest priority) or removing the highest priority item of queue from both lists – remove method – it is just removing the first item in queue Add methods could be iffy. I need them corrected so they work.
The methods titles are not to be changed – what you see is what I have to code with. The other classes have to remain the same (priority queue and queue manager). I have tried and tried but failed to get what is probably a simple fix, done. I have attached my project – notepad files with the appropriate classes / outputs. Referencing the internet is allowed, so attach references. I need comments relating to what is happening within the method for head and remove method (and add, if wrong). EG Output – [ bob 3, tim 4] is removing bob and not tim from either class. input like this > a bob 3
Please test in IDE, don’t assume code will work.
