Your final research paper is based on the following topic:
Changing the Performance Trajectory of an Organization through SWP
To be eligible for full credit, your final paper must:
Be a minimum of 8-pages, and no more than 10-pages (excluding the title and reference pages), utilizing proper APA format (7th edition).
Contain at least five references; three must be peer reviewed articles and two can be substantive online sources (note: dictionary terms are not references).
Introduce at least two organizations that have implemented SWP in their organizations. You are encouraged to seek out case studies as part of your research for this final assignment.
Identify if the organization(s) was successful, or if the organization(s) failed, and explain the factors that led to success or failure.
Refer to the weekly readings, lessons, and discussion topics for essential SWP components highlighted throughout this course to include in this assignment.
