A mother is divorced from the father of their three-year old child. They currently have joint custody of their child. The mother has decided that she wants to move permanently from NYS to England. On February 20, 2021 the mother bought airline tickets for herself and the child and did not inform the father. The flight is on February 27, 2021. The father finds out about the flight on February 25th and wants to stop the mother from leaving NYS. What if any legal documents can the father bring to the court?
