5 State Machine Diagram Provide at least one state machine diagram

6 User Interface. Provide a final user interface design by using dialogue and storyboard methods.

7 Conclusion: provide a summary and recommendations.

Task details: BigMart is a retail business that sells a variety of items (grocery, entertainment, sporting goods, crafts, etc.) to their customers through their physical stores. They are planning to expand their business into an online direction soon. To fulfill the need of online customers, they intend to open several warehouses that would be located across the state strategically to provide quick and highly efficient service to their online customers. They also maintain their private fleet of trucks and skilled staff of truck drivers that would be employed to move goods to and from the warehouses. 

The proposed system will offer a variety of features to serve the needs of their customers to create convenience at the lowest price while shopping online. This system should allow customers to order fresh groceries and other items online with same-day pickup, or delivered to their door. There should be a feature that would provide facilities such as making payment, keeping track of the order, and express returns done with just the touch of a button. The newest system should be capable of handling the shipping of ordered items as well as keep track of stock at the warehouse and generate reports accordingly if required by management. There need to be restricted access to any confidential information about the business to those authorised to view the data using a password system.
