Introduce the organisation and provide a background to the change in the chosen organisation and compare it with a change in any other organisation of your choice.  Identify and assess the change drivers in both the organisations and their impact on their organisation’s operations and strategy.

Evaluate the ways in which internal and external drivers of change affected leadership, team and individual behaviors within your chosen organization. 

Apply appropriate theories and models to critically evaluate your organisation’s response to change and evaluate measures that were taken to minimize negative impacts of change on organizational behavior.

Use change impact analysis theories as justification to provide recommendations to the chosen organisation in planning for change. 

Critically evaluate the use of force field analysis (Apply Kurt Lewin’s force field analysis model) to identify and analyse the driving and resisting forces (barriers to change), and show how they influenced decision-making in the chosen organisation to meet the organizational objectives. 

Using change management and leadership theories and models (for example, situational leadership, change initiation, Kotter’s 8-Step model, Lewin’s change management model, etc.) critically evaluate the effectiveness of different leadership approaches in dealing with change.
