My definition of strategic planning is making decisions on allocating resources or implementation of a strategy. This involves setting goals, determining actions to achieve the goals, and mobilizing resources to execute the steps. A strategy describes how the ends (goals) will be completed by the means (resources).

Strategic planning is essential to criminal justice organizations for many reasons. Strategic planning is vital to an organization because it provides a sense of direction and outlines measurable goals. Strategic planning is a tool that is useful for guiding day-to-day decisions and also for evaluating progress and changing approaches when moving forward. To make the most of strategic planning, criminal justice organizations should give careful thought to the strategic objectives it outlines, and then back up these goals with realistic, thoroughly researched, quantifiable benchmarks for evaluating results.

Organizations must have knowledge management when implementing strategic planning. These are some steps to knowledge management strategic planning. According to Lemons D. (2018), establishing organizational goals and strategic objectives, identify knowledge management strategies that support your goals and objectives, identify knowledge management priorities for each strategy, and confirm the scope for each plan, identify the roles needed and skills requirements for those roles, measures and expectations and assess critical success factors, gaps, and potential risks.

Three of the most important benefits gained from strategic planning is risk identification and better control. Strategic planning helps organizations to identify risks. When risks are identified, they can be managed. Better control strategic planning forces management to set targets, which then can be used to help management control. However, consistency helps strategic planning, short term, medium term, and long term goals could be inconsistent.

I’m trying to learn for my Political Science class and I’m stuck. Can you help?

Please post an original current events relating to the Constitution or Federalism by replying below. A current event is a news story that has been published, or broadcast that has a theme related to politics.

Make sure to include a short summary of: who, what, where, when and the politically relevant aspect of the event in relation to the course materials. You may use ANY news source for your current event, but you MUST tell us from where and when it was published or broadcast.

For maximum points you will need to submit a short summary of the article, a short summary of the related chapter in the textbook, and your own analysis of how the article relates to the concepts learned in the book. Use a standard 3 paragraph structure: Opening paragraph, body paragraph(s) discussing the news article and the book chapter and a closing paragraph.

You don’t have to read it in order to write this assignment, just kinda skim through to get an idea. Once you find a current event related to constitution or federalism, follow the instructions described above.Enterprise Risk Management: An IT Healthcare Adoption: my nursing assignment help

I don’t understand this Law question and need help to study.

Be sure to review Chapter 10 and or the PPT to obtain a good grasp of the Exclusionary Rule and Good Faith Exception. In your text the State v. Lawson case was reviewed. In that case, a search warrant was issued even though the affidavit submitted did not state all the facts as they actually occurred and were known to the officer preparing the affidavit. As a result, the search warrant did not satisfy the probable cause requirement. The U.S. Court of Appeals held the good faith exception inapplicable.

Critically analyze the circumstances of the Hooks case.

Respond to the following questions:
Do you think the affidavit submitted by the officers to the issuing magistrate was sufficient to support a finding of good faith? Explain your rationale? Do you think the information known to the officer but not conveyed to the magistrate has any relevance to the validity of the search? Explain your rationale
