I’m trying to study for my course and I need some help to understand this question.
Last week, you explored how systems theory and the ecological perspective emphasize the interaction between a human services organization and its environment. Any change in one part of the system effects change in another part of the system. Because organizations are not immune to their environment, local, national, and global events affect them.
Social workers in administrative roles must be able to identify and analyze the external factors that affect the function of the human services organizations for which they work. Though you may apply leadership and management skills as you assume an administrative position, you may also be able to repurpose many of the assessment skills you use in clinical practice for macro social work. Just as you gather information about a client and develop strategies for treatment at a micro level, so too, at a macro level, you gather and analyze information about a situation or program and identify appropriate strategies that will support positive organizational functioning.
For this Discussion, you address the Phoenix House case study in the Social Work Case Studies: Concentration Year text.
By Day 3
Post by Day 3 an analysis of the supervisor’s role in the Phoenix House case study and identify leadership skills that might help the supervisor resolve the issue. Identify which aspect of this situation would be most challenging for you if you were the supervisor. Finally, explain how you would use leadership skills to proceed if you were the supervisor.Need some help: nursing assignment help

Assignment 1 : Perusall Critiques: After the Writing Assignment: Essay #2 drafts have been uploaded to Blackboard, I will move those drafts to a Perusall Group folder under “Library.” It used to be under “Documents,” but Perusall decided to change names midway through this course! (This is all accessible via Blackboard), and you will be responsible for critiquing each of your group’s essays, including at least two specific positive comments and two specific suggestions for improvements. Each post counts as ONE comment.
Num 2 : Personal response to the video (500 words): Choose a quotation from this week’s video that impacted you in some way. Begin a journal entry with that quotation and write at least 500 words about your reaction to the quotation and the larger video. Consider the following questions about the video: What did you learn? What made you think in a new way about your life? What parts were especially motivating or scary or enlightening or surprising or disagreeable? In what way might you utilize something from the video in your own writing? What about the video did you like or dislike? (You don’t have to answer all these questions in the journal entry, but they should help get you started on a response.)
3 : Craft Group prompts should be discussion starters that explore some specific quote from The Rose Metal Press Field Guide to Writing Flash Nonfiction chapters assigned for this week. Be sure to
(1) introduce and include a quotation from the chapter, video, or podcast you’re discussing that exemplifies the craft element you want to explore.
(2) Tell us what you think about the quote, then
(3) ask an open-ended question that refers to it.
You’ll need all three elements to get full credit. These prompts should be ideas that get us started thinking and discussing. They should not be questions that can be answered with a fact or with a yes or no.
Example: In The Rose Metal Press Field Guild to Writing Flash Nonfiction, Dinty Moore writes, “The brief essay, in other words, needs to be hot from the first sentence, and the heat must remain the entire time.” He goes on to explain that “the heat might come from language, from image, from voice or point-of-view, from revelation or suspense, but there must always be a burning urgency of some sort, translating through each sentence, starting with the first.” All this heat is a daunting imperative, but I think it’s important for writers to get adept at finding the heat of their ideas and stories in order to write engaging prose. Where do you find heat in Lia Purpura’s essay “Augury,” which we had to read for this week? Does the heat come from more than one source?Case Study Analysis

You have been approached by a Victorian-based manufacturing organisation, ACE Engineering (see below information) to review their occupational injury and workplace health standards. You have been asked to provide advice and recommendations about the adequacy or otherwise of their approach to matters of occupational illness, injury and rehabilitation.

For Workers’ compensation and related matters of occupational health, safety and rehabilitation, ACE Engineering is now covered by legislation relating to the Victorian WorkCover Authority.

Help me study for my Marketing class. I’m stuck and don’t understand.
single spaced – 1 page… proper paragraphs
In a paragraph format, answer all components of the following questions:
Please note: do not just list arguments, you have to explain them.
Is your major or future dream job related to marketing? If yes, explain how your major or future dream job could be related to marketing? How could your marketing knowledge benefit your major? If not, explain the reason why you think it is not related or would not benefit you. – Justification is important. A good answer relates the definition of marketing and what it is with what you will be doing in the future
Is marketing bad? Why? Even if you don’t agree it is bad, explain some the arguments (at least three) that some people might have against marketing.
Is marketing beneficial? Why? Provide at least three arguments why marketing is important or beneficial. Think, if you are to convince a CEO to invest in marketing what would be your reasoning?
