I’m studying for my English class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?
This Exam MUST be taken for me through my blackboard student account as it is an exam that records answers in one sitting (Time Limit: 3 hours).
The final examination has two written parts.
The first question asks you to listen to (or read) President John F. Kennedy’s 1961 inaugural address and compose a short (minimum of four paragraphs) rhetorical analysis outlining the features of his speech and discussing its content and place in American history.
The second question asks you to read the Declaration of Independence, one of America’s founding documents, and compose a fully developed short essay (minimum of eight paragraphs) outlining the piece’s features and commenting on its efficacy and place in American history.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Please observe the deadline for this final examination in your course calendar and plan accordingly to give yourself enough time to complete the assessment. Take some time to first critically analyze these source documents here in the learning module before opening up the final examination questions.
You will likely want to spend some time researching the contextual elements surrounding Kennedy’s speech
and Thomas Jefferson’s Declaration of Independence . For further information on the Declaration of Independence, you might want to read “The Declaration of Independence: A History,” which can be found on the digital pages of the National Archives.
After you have critically analyzed these documents and you are ready to respond to the examination questions, navigate to the appropriate folder in Blackboard and open the assessment.
As always, your work will be evaluated for clarity, punctuation, grammar, content, and incorporation of the course theories and concepts.
You have three hours in which to answer the questions in the final examination.
You cannot save your work and return to it, so both of your answers must be recorded in one sitting. (1)Discuss the various theories related to each developmental phase: nursing coursework help
I don’t understand this Psychology question and need help to study.
Discuss the various theories related to each developmental phase
ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW
This reaction and response assignment explores the theories of Piaget, Vygotsky, and Erikson.
DELIVERABLES
A one-page (12-point font) report
Step 1Review the material in this lesson on major developmental theorists.
Be sure to review the theories of Piaget, Vygotsky, and Erikson.
Step 2
Research and read.
Research and read an article about one or more of the “major developmental theories
Step 3
Read this case study.
Vlad is 12 years old and has just changed schools because his parents moved again. He did not do well in his previous five schools. Now he is living next door to his uncle, who likes him a lot and is teaching him about car engines and computers. In his new school, he is becoming a good student. His teachers are surprised but pleased. He is even helping his younger brother with his studies.
Step 4
Explain Vlad’s changes using ideas from two theorists.
Using the information you have gathered, write about how two of the major theorists would explain Vlad’s changes in a one-page report. After using the theorists’ ideas, briefly add any ideas you might have about Vlad’s changes. Why do you think he has improved in school?
Part 2
Access Erikson’s stages of development in two charts.
Erikson’s Psychosocial Stages of Childhood and Erikson’s Psychosocial Stages of Adolescence and Adulthood Charts
Step 2Post your response to the discussion board.
Identify a challenge you faced in two of Erikson’s stages. Write a paragraph about each, identifying the stage, the challenge you faced, and how you overcame it. Post your paragraphs to the discussion board.Unit 5: Discussion Responses
I’m studying and need help with a Business question to help me learn.
*There are 2 responses, write a 100 word response for each one.
Response 1:
According to Kumar (2014), “The case study design is based upon the assumption that the case being studied is typical of cases of a certain type and therefore a single case can provide insight into the events and situations prevalent in a group from where the case has been drawn” (p. 155). Case studies are commonly completed in the medical field and very useful to their research when finding for treatment and cures. “The case study idea represents a major part of the methodology used by physicians to collect and disseminate information” (Salkind, 2017, p. 163). There is a lot of time and work spent when conducting case studies.
In research there are advantages and disadvantages to any method one chooses to use. The advantages of case studies include the following: focuses on one individual or thing for a more detailed data, ability to use several different techniques, provides a richer account of what is occurring through intensive, personal scrutiny insight, and builds on an existing base of knowledge, contribute to it, and suggest directions for future study. The disadvantages of case studies are time consuming, notes collected reflects only one form of reality, not comprehensive as other methods, no cause and effect relationship exists, and the generalization of the information is limited (Salkind, 2017).
An example of an advantage case study is the Willowbrook State School study completed in Staten Island, New York. In this study children were infected with hepatitis and provided medical treatment. The purpose of the study was to prevent the infection. The study worked and provided useful information on the disease. An example of a disadvantage case study is the longitudinal study completed on television, imagination, and aggression. It tested the viewing of television in a family setting and influences on social interaction patterns. The study was time consuming and took place over five years (Salkind, 2017).

Response 2:
In my article, it talks about how case study has evolved over the years as a useful tool in investigating specific situations and testing theoretical models in real life situations. “It is a method used to narrow down a very broad field of research into one easily researchable topic” (Case Study Research Design, 2008). A case study is not intended to answer a question completely. It is left for observation and elaboration. The article provides details on how to design, conduct, and analyze a case study. When designing, one should use a case that is interesting to them. The research needs to be thorough. It is essential to design based off how you intend to handle the issue and make sure all information is relevant. The research notes should be meticulous and systematic. The subject and its relevance are the foundation of the case study. The article further talks about compiling a list with about four to five points to address in the study. In the final stages the results tend to be a little bias. Analyzing results for a case study tends to be more of one’s opinion than statistical methods. The usual idea is to try and collate your data into a manageable form and construct a narrative around it. When writing one must assume the person has no knowledge of the subject. The article provided me with some good information for my research project (Case Study Research Design, 20018). Some of the take away for me will be to create a list of five good points to address in my paper and make sure I write in a tone as if no one knows anything about the subject. I will try to be less bias as possible when writing my paper. “It is the glory of God to conceal a matter; to search out a matter is the glory of kings” (Proverbs 25:2, New International Version).
