PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU SEPARATE EACH TASK:

Family involvement can influence literacy development and overall school success. Resources addressing various components of a comprehensive literacy program can be made available for families. Teachers who work with secondary students may identify such resources and share them with families.

You have been asked by your administrator to make a resource for students and families that includes information on comprehensive literacy instruction. Create a tri-fold brochure to hand out to families at the open house.

Include the following in your brochure:
The importance of comprehensive literacy instruction across the content areas. Available research and literature that supports reading and writing curriculum and instruction for all secondary students. Resources and literacy strategies for reading, writing, listening, speaking, viewing, and visual representation that are available to families. Literacy supports, in the school and/or community, available for students with disabilities, English language learners, students who are struggling readers, as well as students with dyslexia. At least 2-3 activities families can engage in together to support student literacy needs and foster comprehensive literacy collaboration. How families can apply the Christian world-views as encouragement for literacy development.
The brochure should include graphics that are relevant to the content, visually appealing, and use space appropriately.

Support your brochure with 3-5 scholarly resources.

While APA format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.

Part 2

Clinical Field Experience C: Teaching the Literacy Lesson Plan
Creating meaningful lessons is both an art and a science. The art is in the student engagement and the science in the careful lesson planning and integration of content standards. The best way to continue to develop your teaching practice is to reflect consistently after lesson implementation.

Allocate at least 4 hours in the field to support this field experience.

Share your lesson from the “Literacy Lesson Plan” assignment with your mentor teacher before teaching the lesson. Present your literacy lesson or a literacy lesson created by your mentor teacher to a small group of 3-5 students or the entire class. After the conclusion of your lesson, reflect with your mentor and obtain feedback on how well the lesson went.

Use any remaining field experience hours to assist the teacher in providing instruction and support to the class.

In 250-500 words, summarize and reflect on the cross-curricular literacy lesson you taught in the field experience.

Address the following in your reflection:
Did you feel the students were engaged in the learning? Explain. How do you feel you monitored and adjusted throughout the lesson to meet the needs of the students? What went well and what you would have done differently? What value did technology bring to your instruction? How you will apply the feedback you received from your mentor teacher to your future teaching ?
APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

Can you help me understand this Law question?

I will expect you to think critically about First Amendment rights as you develop these essays. Three cases will be presented after these instructions. You are to write your essay on only one of the cases for Essay 1. In the first paragraph, describe the dilemma you have, the situation you are in. In your essays, address the questions posed following the scenario, but make it all flow as though those questions are thoughts you have and know that they must be considered in arriving at a solution to your journalistic dilemma. Do not list the questions within your essay and then answer them individually. You must fully justify the path you choose. In other words, whether you choose a solution that is provided to you within the case scenario or another one you have come up with on your own, you must explain completely why you have made this choice. Refer to at least two previously decided cases (precedents) as partial support for your decision. Remember: The First Amendment is NOT a precedent. Do not start off writing the scenario as it appears in this assignment simply to add words to your essay. You must begin by briefly explaining the dilemma you are facing. Remember: The reader of your paper doesn’t know what the assignment is. Specifications: Use this list as your checklist before you submit your paper! Points will be taken off if you do not follow this checklist!Write an argumentative essay: nursing assignment help services
I don’t know how to handle this English question and need guidance.

A clear, concise, and defined thesis statement that occurs in the first paragraph of the essay. Clear and logical transitions between the introduction, body, and conclusion. Body paragraphs that include Evidential support (whether factual, logical, statistical, or anecdotal). A conclusion that does not simply restate the thesis, but readdresses it in light of the evidence provided.

Respond the following 3 questions

Each response is qualitatively graded based on thoroughness of response, evidence presented, and clarity of answers. Citations are preferred if direct quotes are used, “Woodard said to use quotations and make inline citations” (Woodard 2019:77).

8) Moore, Rodning, and Beck (2017) discuss the burned “Spanish” structures at Joara uncovered during archaeological investigations at the Berry site. According to the authors, analysis of the charred wood remains of the structures revealed a combination of Native and European construction characteristics. Describe the evidence presented by the researchers and their interpretation of the data.

9) In James Deetz’s important book In Small Things Forgotten, he describes the “pervasive” Chesapeake style of seventeenth-century architecture (1977:146). Much of what is known about this regional variation of English housing in Virginia comes only from archaeology. Give an overview of the architectural characteristics of this ‘earthen-fast’ Chesapeake house form.

10) Maria Franklin (1997) notes that the enslaved members of the Rich Neck plantation consumed a wide variety of domestic and wild comestibles. The archaeology of the slave quarters revealed a “three-fold increase in the consumption of raccoon” (99) over the course of the site’s occupation. What interpretations does Franklin offer for this observable trend in the archaeological data? Not mutually exclusive, give several explanations provided by Franklin.300 Wk 2 Forum and responses
Need help with my Law question – I’m studying for my class.

In a seamless posting, please incorporate the following into your initial posting:

Review recently published (within the past five years) peer-reviewed scholarly articles located in the AMU/APUS University’s online Library data bases. Discuss a criminal justice, intelligence studies, international relations or security management topic requesting instructor approval of the topic you would like for your research proposal (term project) paper. In doing so, please remember for this class you are selecting a topic NOT for writing a research paper about, but rather for writing a proposal to do actual hands-on research using scientific research methodology. In your forum post discuss what you have identified in the current peer reviewed literature located in the APUS Library databases on a topic you wish to research. Briefly discuss the literature and express what still needs to be researched or requires further research on the topic you would like to address in your research proposal. In other words, did the authors of the studies already done on this topic you reviewed call for further research on the topic or something to do with the topic? Then again, perhaps you identified a problem that still needs to be researched on the topic where the current literature is lacking. If so, discuss what it is and how it pertains to the topic and why it needs to be researched and who would benefit from the research. After doing so, you are to provide a ‘Working Title’ for your Research Proposal, as discussed in this week’s lesson. Understanding this may change as your Research Proposal develops during the course.

Student expectations for Forum questions:

Your initial Forum posts require a minimum of a 500 word substantive response. All follow-up responses (minimum of 2) should require 250-300 words.

A total of three posting is necessary to have completed the bare minimum amount of forum work each week.

Original responses to the Forum group question need to be substantial and significant supported by at least one additional scholarly reference that goes beyond the readings. Students should be using the APUS Online Library to search for peer-reviewed journal articles that help support their argument. The in-text citation and references will be formatted in APA Style. Your original posting should be posted as a response to the Forum question. Please be sure to use your own words; meet the deliverable length; support your main post (in-text citations AND list of references); use paragraphs in your main post to organize your points and make it more reader-friendly; and post three time per week. Please avoid “i” … etc and be sure to start each new sentence with a capital letter. All original response will be posted no later than Thursday evening at 11:55 PM EST the week of the Forum question. This allows time for others to respond to your posting.

Students will also be required to respond to at least two (2) other students posting with significant comments that demonstrate critical thinking by asking additional questions or adding to the body of knowledge started. If you argue, controversial issues use a reference to support your argument that adds credibility to your position. Your response to your peers work should be engaging and informative with good substance. Your responses should contribute in a meaningful way to helping advance our knowledge of the topics the class explores.

There is help with proper APA Style formatting in the lessons and resource sections of the electronic classroom, which can be found on the menu bar on the course homepage. Your responses are due no later than Sunday 11:55 PM EST.All postings should contribute and advance the class knowledge of the course themes. Students are encouraged to “get out of the comfort zones” when making their arguments. The reason behind this activity allows students to analyze work from many different perspectives allowing the critical thinking process to grow. If you always stay in your comfort zone, you are not accepting of new ideas and concepts. Feel free to explore your theories and test them on the battlefield of peer review. Just make sure to include a scholarly reference to help support your argument.

See the rubric below. This is how your postings will be graded so make sure that you use the rubric to help guide your work.
