Big Rig Manufacturing has recently gone through an organizational change and decided that while they had been leveraging teams within their project approach, that they had not been doing it to the full extent they would like. Some of their teams completely missed their goals and even started fighting prior to meeting the project goals. They also saw several projects fail due to lack of team involvement and stakeholder buy-in.
