Imagine you are an Information Security Manager in a medium-sized organization. Your CIO has asked you to prepare a case analysis report and presentation on establishing internal controls in cloud computing. The CIO has seen several resources online which discuss the security risks related to Cloud based computing and storage. One that stood out was located at http://www.isaca.org/Journal/Past-Issues/2011/Volume-4/Pages/Cloud-Computing-Risk-Assessment-A-Case-Study.aspx. You are being asked to summarize the information you can find on the Internet and other sources that are available. Moving forward, the CIO wants to have a firm grasp of the benefits and risks associated with public, private, and hybrid cloud usage. There is also concern over how these systems, if they were in place, should be monitored to ensure not only proper usage, but also that none of these systems or their data have been compromised.

Write a three to four (3-4) page paper in which you:
Provide a summary analysis of the most recent research that is available in this area. Examine the risks and vulnerabilities associated with public clouds, private clouds, and hybrids. Include primary examples applicable from the case studies you previously reviewed. Suggest key controls that organizations could implement to mitigate these risks and vulnerabilities. Develop a list of IT audit tasks that address a cloud computing environment based on the results from the analysis of the case studies, the risks and vulnerabilities, and the mitigation controls. Use at least three (3) quality resources in this assignment. Note: Wikipedia and similar Websites do not qualify as quality resources.

Part 2

Thesis Statements
To complete this assignment, I am attaching a sample of how to create Thesis Statements. You will have to create two thesis statements for the poem “My Last Duchess”. In order to create these thesis statements, you must understand what you are writing. You are writing an essay that proves that you KNOW the reason WHY Mr. Browning created “My Last Duchess.” You may believe he created “My Last Duchess” to reveal the theme of traditional versus morals. You may think he created the theme to reveal the conflict of man versus self or man versus man.

Nonetheless, you MUST create two thesis statements that identify the reason why Robert Browning created, “My Last Duchess.” A thesis statement should be no longer than one sentence long. It CANNOT include personal pronouns such as: I, me, my, we, us, our. It CANNOT include contractions such as: can’t , didn’t, don’t, won’t, etc.

The thesis statements must include the author’s full name: Robert Browning and it must include the title of the poem, “My Last Duchess”.

I am going to attach examples of Sample Thesis Statements to assist you, I am also going to attach a list of figurative language terms to assist you as you create your thesis statements. For example a figurative language term is SYMBOLISM. You may decide to write a thesis statement on the symbolism that was shown in “My Last Duchess, therefore, you want to really look at the terms to assist you.

This assignment can be difficult so please take the time out to say, “Why did Robert Browning write this poem?” In your thesis statement, DO NOT tell me what the story was about, I read it — inform me on WHY she created it. Make sure that you read all the attachments that I attached.

Once you find an article (three) that you like, click on your first article of your choice. Once you click on the title of the article, on your right side you will see the words Citation Tools.

Click on Citation Tools and Copy and Paste the source correctly. Make sure that when you do your copy and paste whatever was originally in italics stays in italics. Also make sure that your source looks exactly like the source you are copying and pasting with its indentation. Your sources should be indented just the way you see the sample, your sources should be alphabetical order by the authors’ last names, your sources should also be checked to see what is in italics should also be in italics, what needs to be in quotations should stay in quotations.All of your sources should be double-spaced. You can only use Arial or Times New Roman 11 or 12 point font size.

PLEASE REMEMBER — to look back at your sources, from the database, whatever is in italics must stay in italics, what is in quotation marks must stay in quotation marks or points will be deducted. Thank you.

Outline
Topic: This assignment will save your life IF you complete this correctly. The outline is an intense skeleton for your final critical analysis essay. The outline is actually like you writing your full critical analysis essay on “My Last Duchess. As always I have attached a sample. Really look at the sample and review it before beginning your work.

Directions: Please look at the sample that is attached. What you see in BOLD AND IN PARENTHESIS is me showing you HOW to write an outline. You must type an outline, which must include roman numerals, numbers, and letters. Your outline MUST look like the sample shown. Of course you should not have the directions like what is underlined and in in parenthesis.

Take your time and review the sample attached. If you do this correctly, your final essay will be a piece of pie! The second sample is a sample outline that student started. Take a look at the the second attachment as well, to show you how your outline should flow.

Part 5
Final Essay
Topic: This is your final critical analysis essay on “My Last Duchess”. This essay should be very simple IF you did the outline correctly. Please follow my outline below and your essay will be extremely easy.

Directions: Below, I will give an outline of how your final essay should flow, but still look at my sample attached for the heading and title. Remember as always: you cannot use personal pronouns or contractions. Only use Arial or Times New Roman, 11 or 12 point font size. Double space your work and of course indent all paragraphs.

Here is the outline of how your final essay should flow:

Your first paragraph should be: Your introduction sentence(s) and your thesis statement. Once you place them together then indent.

Your second paragraph should be: Your number 1 and that letter a. Once you place them together then indent.

Your third paragraph should be: Your number 2 and that letter a. Once you place them together then indent.

Your fourth paragraph should be: Your number 3 and that letter a. Once you place them together then indent.

Your fifth paragraph should be: Your conclusion sentence. Then indent.

The Works Cited should now be on a page by itself. The words Works Cited should be centered, and should NOT be in bold.

You should erase all roman numerals, all numbers and the letter a’s. Your outline should start to look like an essay and NOT an outline.

Also, you cannot use contractions or personal pronouns.
