I don’t know how to handle this English question and need guidance.
Based on what you have read, watched, and listened to this week, respond to the following prompts:
1. Discuss three different literary terms from any of last week’s lists, showing how they relate to the works of literature and art from this week. Try to use terms you have not applied thus far.
2. Reflect on your favorite artists from weeks 1-4. What connections do you see between these works? What common themes do you notice? Why are these artists unique to you? Your response should include quotes from or references to at least two works of literature (one must be from this week) and two other works (one must be from this week).
As in all of your writing for this course, remember to be original in your writing. Do not simply retell information you learned from this week’s sources.
Your paper should be a minimum of 350 words and be written in proper paragraph form. Your assignment must be in MLA format and you must quote or paraphrase and properly cite each work at least once. For this assignment, you do not need to include a Works Cited page. Before submitting your paper, please review the Guidelines for Written Work on the Syllabus & Course Info page.

I need help with a Statistics question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.
CONTEXT
In 2015 college students at a large state university completed a survey about their academic and personal life. Questions ranged from “How many credits are you registered for this semester?” to “Would you define yourself as a vegetarian?”
The researcher randomly selected 325 students from the university; 312 responded to the survey.
PROMPT
The cell-phone datafile is available in the Data section below.
Once again, here is the research question for this lab.
Based on a recent study, roughly 80% of college students in the U.S. own a smartphone. Is the proportion of smartphone owners lower at this university?
Respond to each of the following in your initial post.
State your hypotheses in symbolic form and in words. (The following should be clear in your answer: the population of interest and the meaning of the proportion p in terms of the variable Cell.) StatCrunch uses a normal model to estimate the P-value probability. Verify that normality conditions are met.
3. Give your P-value and interpret its meaning as a conditional probability.
4.State a conclusion that answers the research question. Use a significance level of 5%. (Your answer should include the P-value and reference the population and the variable Cell.)
5. Use StatCrunch to conduct the hypothesis test.Copy and paste the results (the StatCrunch output window) into your initial post.

.So we may assume that the distribution of sample proportions is approximately normal.
The P-value is 0.2389. The P-value is the probability that in random samples of 312 students, 78% or fewer will own a smart phone if in actuality 80% of the students at the university own a smart phone.
The P-value is 0.2393 LaTeX: data-verified=”> > 0.05, so we fail to reject the null hypothesis.
Even though the sample proportion of 0.78 is less than the hypothesize population proportion of 0.80, the difference is not statistically significant. This sample does not provide strong enough evidence to conclude that the proportion of students at this university who own a cell phone is less than 0.80 (which is also the national proportion)Starting the Scenario Planning Process
I need help with a Management question. All explanations and answers will be used to help me learn.
Starting the Scenario Planning Process
In this week’s Learning Resources, you were introduced to the four interdependent stages of the scenario process called QUEST (questions, environments, scenarios, and transformations). In stage one, you develop framing questions in order to identify the purpose of your scenario planning process. The SWOT analysis you completed in Week 3 can be used as a way of identifying a purpose and agenda to your scenario planning process and helping to identify areas in the environment that will need greater focus over the next 5–10 years.
For this Assignment, review the Learning Resources for this week.
Create interview questions for a leader or subject matter expert in the nonprofit or government organization you have selected for your Final Project, and provide the following: The Organization is Red Cross of America.
Provide the position of the leader or subject matter expert you interviewed and explain why you chose this person. Describe other key players you would interview in your organization and/or community as part of a scenario planning process, and explain why. Provide a list of 5–8 questions that you asked this individual and the answers you obtained during the interview. Describe the driving forces you observed in the leader or subject matter expert you interviewed.
Sample questions can be taken from this week’s Learning Resources and may look something like those below:
When you look 10 years ahead, what do you consider most uncertain about where we are heading with local government? What would you consider a good outcome or a favorable scenario from these uncertainties? What would you consider a bad outcome or nightmare scenario? What are the major lessons learned in local government in the past 5 years that should carry us into the future? What are the big decisions that need to be taken in the immediate future that will steer us away from the nightmare scenario? What are the main constraints standing in the way of the favorable scenario?
The Assignment should follow APA 6th edition guidelines:
