Question Description
Please answer the following questions about servant leadership, authentic leadership, and emotionally intelligent leadership. In developing your answer, please be sure to reference this week’s readings and media. Please also consult the grading rubric for weekly discussion in OBD 489!
Have you worked for a servant leader, an authentic leader, or an emotionally intelligent leader? Describe how she or he demonstrated the characteristics associated with this style of leadership, and explain the impact of this leadership approach on people and productivity.

H eknew how to listen better than talk. He knew how to read people and because of that, was able to give me and other people the bets advice.

Instructions for Locating Assigned Articles in the NLU eLibrary
To locate the assigned articles in the Library’s databases, follow the instructions below. NOTE: To access the Library’s resources, you must first be logged in through your My NLU Portal at http://www.nl.edu and then click the NLU Library link. You may also enter the library by clicking the Library link under Student Support in the course navigation menu.
1. Once you are on the NLU Library’s home page, click the Find Articles link.
2. Scroll down to the paragraph entitled Find Articles by Subject, and click the Business & Management link.
3. Scroll down the page, and click EBSCOhost Business & Management databases.
3. Type the title of the article in the first search box provided and change the “Select a Field” drop-down menu to TI Title. In the second search box, type in the name of the journal (e.g., “Leadership Excellence”) and change the “Select a Field” drop-down menu to SO Source. Then click the Search button.
5. Once the article citation has come up in the search list, remember to click on the Full Text link (either HTML or PDF) to access the full text of the article. Note that you can email the article to yourself or print it out.
