The Woolong Company produces high-end vacuum cleaners and has hired you to oversee the development and release of their latest product. A preliminary project initiation meeting will result in the identification of the project sponsor, selection of a project manager, and creation of the project charter. A manager in the production department who knows you are taking a college project management course asks you to prepare a report to help them prepare for the meeting by answering the following questions:
Who are the project stakeholders? How will they be involved in the project? Whom should the project sponsor be? Why? What skills and experience are likely needed by the project manager for each phase in the project life cycle, and how do these skills and experiences differ between the various phases? What kind of roles and responsibilities should the key stakeholders have? Discuss at least 4–5 different kinds of stakeholders. How should they communicate to different stakeholders during the project?
What information should be shared with the project stakeholders? What is the mechanism that could be used for each type of information? What is the frequency with which information should be shared? What should be done if project communications are not proving to be effective? What technology could be used for project communications? At what point could communication about the project become an ethical or legal issue?
What are the best ways to manage project risks as well as opportunities during project execution?
How do they update and analyze old risks as well as new risks while undertaking the project? What business opportunity might project completion create? What is the potential financial impact of the project? What are the expected results of the project? What value will the project add? What is the potential impact to the company if the project is not finished well?
Present your findings as a Word document of 4–5 pages (not including title and reference pages) formatted in APA style, using the attached template.
Submitting your assignment in APA format means, at a minimum, you will need the following:
Title page: Remember the running head. The title should be in all capitals. Body: The body of your paper begins on the page following the title page and abstract page and must be double-spaced (be careful not to triple- or quadruple-space between paragraphs). The type face should be 12-pt. Times Roman or 12-pt. Courier in regular black type. Do not use color, bold type, or italics except as required for APA-level headings and references. The deliverable length of the body of your paper for this assignment is 2–3 pages. In-body academic citations to support your decisions and analysis are required. A variety of academic sources is encouraged. Reference page: References that align with your in-body academic sources are listed on the final page of your paper. The references must be in APA format using appropriate spacing, hang indention, italics, and upper- and lowercase usage as appropriate for the type of resource used. Remember, the Reference Page is not a bibliography but a further listing of the abbreviated in-body citations used in the paper. Every referenced item must have a corresponding in-body citation.8 SLIDE POWER POINT PRESENTATION BUSINESS LEADERSHIP Due (DEX)

I’m trying to learn for my History class and I’m stuck. Can you help?
Use the attached rubrics to write a final draft (8-10 page research paper) about the below topic:
As men were drafted overseas during World War II, women stepped into the roles that sustained the American way of life. Women assumed roles in the household, supported the war mission, remained active supporters to their loved ones and generally assumed the roles that their fathers, husbands, brothers and sons left behind.
Before the war, a woman’s place was in the home; Her rights unequal and her skills were restricted to those believed to be “feminine” and domestic. But as men were shipped off to war during the draft, women who were once volunteering to assist the war efforts were soon required to fill the roles that the men had left behind.
Prior to World War II, women were predominately in the home, bearing children and if they were working it was in a clerical position. World War II took such a large number of the nations male force that women were forced to cover down into positions such as mechanics, fabricators and even professional athletes. The roles of women in the military prior to World War II were very strictly limited nursing, field hospitals, telecommunications and clerical; World War II changed the way women were involved during war time and they were soon found in positions closer to intelligence and under cover operations.Step 1) Read the document, The Waiting Room: Summary and statistics about the US health care system. I’m studying for my Economics class and need an explanation.
I will ask you to post your opinion about a topic that is part of our national discussion about health care. The Op-Ed posts should be about ¾ – 1 page long (narrow margin, 11-point font).
Step 1) Read the document, The Waiting Room: Summary and statistics about the US health care system. (This document is in week 9 folder)
Step 2) Watch the documentary, The Waiting Room. (1 hour, 22 minutes): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=flwMHcZeTpo
Step 3) Answer two of the five questions below.
1) Barbara Johnson, an elderly diabetes and dialysis patient, asks CNA Johnson for something to eat. Johnson provides her with a sandwich. Under what circumstances is food part of medical care? If food is a medical necessity, should its cost be covered by health insurance? Why or why not?
2) We see a woman on the phone trying to get a ride home: “So could you meet me or you don’t want to sound like it. Because I got a gang of Vicodin, I got … I got bus tickets, I’ve got a ten-dollar card for Safeway to buy food if you want that for like three packs.” What is or should be the role of transportation in the health care system? How do people in your community get to and from the medical services they need? Are those transportation methods efficient? Who absorbs the cost?
3) In the beginning of the film, there is an issue with a patient who doesn’t speak English. Fortunately, she has a man with her who translates. Why would the nurse want to hear from the patient herself and not from the man accompanying her? Who should supply translation for someone who doesn’t arrive with an English speaker? Should they be able to bill Medicaid, Medicare, or an insurance provider for the services of a translator? Why or why not?
4) We see a woman and her family praying to relieve their loved one’s pain. In your view, what is the role of faith in healing? What role should religion play in the overall design of an effective health care system? In which situations and structures can faith traditions be most helpful and where might they create obstacles?
5) Dr. White describes regular ER visitors like Carl Connelly: “After a certain point we know them. We know them by first name, they know us by first name.” He knows Connelly has substance abuse issues, but still has to do a full work up on him. Why? What are the ethical and legal issues that prevent the ER from turning away patients like Connelly or from putting them last in line through a triage process?
