Responses should be a minimum of 250 words and include direct questions. You may challenge, support or supplement another student’s answer using the terms, concepts and theories from the required readings. Also, do not be afraid to respectfully disagree where you feel appropriate; as this should be part of your analysis process at this academic level.
Please respond to Troy:
his is the part of the research processes that I have always struggled with. Deciding on a topic and moving forward, with that topic and framing it in a way that makes sense to get my ideas across in an academic manner. The lesson this week did help with explaining how to go about choosing a topic, first by picking a topic that interest me, which should have been a no brainer. Which is why I am going to stick with the topic of Terrorism. A long with using the course materials I found an article that discussed how to form a good research question. The article talked about being able to identify a good research question by looking at issues that would address major social problems or a scientific mystery (Zhu, 2015).
In todays climate the issue of terrorism being either domestic or international is a social problem that is an issue for every country around the world. Especially, for the United States being a world leader with so much influence around the world how our country handles this issue both at home and abroad sets a bench mark to followed by all other nations. Now knowing that the discussion of Terrorism is a very broad topic I want to only focus on one aspect of terrorism, and for me that is the domestic side of terrorism and how it affects the climate here in the United States.
The seconded part of this process is from the research question you develop a hypothesis to guided your research to either prove or disprove your hypothesis based off of data collected during the research process. In an article I found explaining what a hypothesis does said a research hypothesis compares what is observed in the data to what would be expected if the hypothesis is true. The goal of hypothesis testing is to measure the consistency of the observed data with the hypothesis (Nizamuddin, 2017). And, from what I have put together so far in my preliminary research and, what I have learned from past experience I feel that domestic terrorism has a lot of data to be able to put together a paper on the dangers of domestic terrorism and how our society is a breading ground for disenfranchised group and or individuals to rebel against societal norms and cause panic and destruction.
Difficulties with choosing a research question and a hypothesis for me is finding a topic that interest me. And for me terrorism is a huge interest especially domestic terrorism. I do have a goal to work in some aspect of Homeland security dealing with this issue. So I feel this will help me greatly as I work to put this research together.

It consists of offering 7 new sources (they can’t have been previously used in Step 4) in MLA Bibliographic format and then writing notes from them. This research step, like Step 4, is some of the “writing” we do for our research paper. It is highly likely, provided that the assignment is completed in the spirit in which it is intended, that you will be able to copy and paste notes from these pages into your finished research project.
Instructions:
For each of the 7 sources, you will do the following:
Bibliographically cite the source using MLA citation rules. Offer “notes” in one of the following forms:
quotes paraphrases summaries
3. Give parenthetical citations after each “note.”
NOTES: Remember to do the following task when compiling your list:
use a hanging indent if the citations fall onto the second line;Only one paragraph: nursing assignment help services

For this assignment you will watch television and note the advertising surrounding the programming. (If you have no television or streaming television please complete this assignment backwards. You can talk about an advertisement you find online and suggest programming that would be successful). First you will identify the target market(s) for the show. Based on what you watch, select a promotion presented before, during, or after the show that emphasizes branding. Using the ad, relate the three basic promotion objectives (inform, persuade, remind) to the four jobs of promotion (AIDA). Write one paragraph identifying the ad, the target market, and state why the ad works or does not work in achieving the promotion objective moving the Target Market to take an action. This action must drive an exchange of something of value; i.e., money, votes, time, etc. The key – be clear and concise in getting your message across as you apply promotion concepts.Your initial thread post is required to be minimum three hundred words and due by Tuesday 11:59 pm MST. Post a description of the process evaluation that you chose and explain why you selected this example. Describe the stage of program implementation in which the evaluation occurred, the informants, the questions asked, and the results. Based upon your comparison of the case study and the program evaluation report that you chose, improve upon the information presented in the case study by identifying gaps in information. Fill in these gaps as if you were the facilitator of the focus group. Clearly identify the purpose of the process evaluation and the questions asked.Honesty and Integrity in leadership
I don’t know how to handle this question and need guidance.
I only need 250-300 words combined (not per question):
1. How can leaders/managers demonstrate honesty and truth in their work environment? How do you think workers might respond to this question?
2. Read the quote from Secretary of State Colin Powell that is below. Do you agree with Powell that good leaders should “share the credit” but “take the blame”? Why or why not?
“Finally, most successful leaders have a strong sense of accountability for the results of not only their own efforts but also those of their followers. In this sense, they are happy to share credit when things go well, but also to accept blame when things don’t. When asked about how to reconcile successes and failures as a leader, former U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell once said “Share the credit, take the blame, and quietly find out and fix things that went wrong. Whenever you place the cause of one of your actions outside yourself, it’s an excuse and not a reason.” (Executive Leadership, 2013).”
