I’m studying for my Management class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?

Your instructor will choose two incidents from the Short Incidents for Ethical Reasoning that follow Ch. 8 of your textbook. After reading each incident, you must identify all relevant stakeholders and determine how they could be impacted by the decision that will be made, identify and apply at least one principle for ethical reasoning, and then consider alternative courses of action and choose the best course of action based on stakeholder impacts and the outcome of the application of the ethical principle.

Your textbook defines stakeholders as an entity that is benefitted or burdened by the actions of a corporation or whose actions may benefit or burden the corporation. Some common examples of stakeholders would include customers, employees, suppliers, stockholders, and the community.

Businesses will almost always have multiple stakeholders, and many times their interests will conflict. This means that a business decision-maker will frequently have to make a decision in the face of competing claims from different stakeholders. The question of whose interests should be prioritized requires the exercise of judgment. This skill—examining competing claims and deciding which one is the strongest—is called evaluation. You will want to consider the power, urgency, and legitimacy that each stakeholder presents.

You should put yourselves in each stakeholder’s position—Why do they care about the outcome of the decision? How will they be affected? What outcome would they prefer? What are their arguments in support of their preferred outcome? You will want to consider the power, urgency, and legitimacy that each stakeholder presents. Two of the videos below will give you a brief review of stakeholder theory and give you an idea of what skills you will be expected to demonstrate when you complete this assignment. Additionally, writing mechanics and grammar are graded as part of this assignment. A video on improving mechanics in business writing is provided below to help refresh your memory. Viewing statistics will be collected and counted as part of the assignment’s grade.hey need help please ????

In connection with the readings from last week, we shall begin discussion of both King & Gaiman with a TED Talk. In this video, educator Rita Pierson delivers a rousing call to educators to believe in their students and actually connect with them on a real, human, personal level.

    STEP 1:

First, please watch the following video from TED.

“Every Child Needs a Champion” | Rita Pierson

The video is captioned, but if you need to follow along with a transcript, can’t have audio on, or are Deaf or Hearing Impaired, here is the transcript: Transcript of Pierson.docx

    STEP 2:

After you have watched the TED Talk and reviewed your notes/annotations on the two readings from last week, respond to the following questions:
In your own words, what is the purpose of education? Why is it important to get an education? What is at least one thing from each of the sources that stood out to you? (This answer should include a list of at least three points and should cover Pierson, King & Gaiman.) How does Dr. King Jr.’s text or Pierson’s video relate to your experience in education so far? What is at least one quote from each source that you connected with? Why do you feel it is significant? Why did you choose it? (This answer should include a list of at least three quotes and should cover Pierson, King & Gaiman.) What was your biggest A-HA moment or takeaway? (This can be from any of the three sources or involve all three.) How did you feel reading through Week 1’s articles and watching the TED Talk? Were they easy or hard to read/watch? What did you like/dislike about them? What, if any, connections can you make between the experiences of the authors and speakers and your own experiences? (This answer should cover all sources.) This question is optional, and thus you do not have to answer it to receive full points. Do you have any questions for me or your fellow classmates about any of the materials we have covered last week? (If you have questions from your Annotation Worksheets, you can post them here.)
    Requirements:
Your initial response should be 150-300 words per question. Your response to at least TWO classmates should be 150-200 words long and be more than “I agree” or “I like what you said.” Engage in conversation!

    Review the actual case of Experience Hendrix L.L.C. v. Hendrixlicensing.com Ltd., 762 F.3d 829 (9th Cir. 2014)

The trial court issued a summary judgment in the plaintiff’s favor. A summary judgment is appropriate when there is no genuine dispute as to any material fact. After reading the case, you will respond with answers to the following questions using your critical thinking and moral reasoning skills:
Compare and contrast a material fact and a non-material fact. Identify what indicates that a dispute over a material fact is genuine. Explain an injunction and provide a made-up example. Describe what the plaintiff, in this case, hoped to gain by seeking an injunction? What was the connection between Experience Hendrix’s revenue and Pitsicallis’s conduct?
