What legal documents need to be filed (what is the process to file, how long is the process, who is involved in the process)?

In 1,500-2,000 words, present your final proposal as if you were presenting in front of a community that would fund or approve your research. Your proposal presentation should include:
    Community origins
Oral history (what questions would you ask and how would you respectfully approach the community?)
What legal documents need to be filed (what is the process to file, how long is the process, who is involved in the process)?
How would you present the information to the larger community (paper, website, video, physical exhibit)?
Resources found (what did you find, where did you find them, why are they important, how will you use them in your research, how will they be used in the presentation to the larger community?)
Challenges in collecting the historical data (ethical issues, controversies)
How has this community contributed to the greater whole of society?
    References
Five to seven scholarly resources are required to support your research.
While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
